Will your services be covered by my medical insurance?
We are in-network with most insurance companies and accept the in-network rate because we believe you deserve high-quality healthcare without worrying about the cost. All services are considered “medically necessary” and will therefore be covered by your insurance. However, because every insurance plan is different, you may have a deductible or copay for services rendered. The average cost per visit is under $30. We will contact your insurance company directly to research your benefits and let you know what you will be responsible for paying for at each visit.

Do you offer counseling via telemedicine i.e., video conferencing?
Yes. These visits are typically covered by insurance carriers under the same terms as an in-person visit.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes, we make house calls to homebound patients.
Are my interactions with you kept confidential?
Yes. Any topics we discuss are held in strictest confidence. Additionally, we comply with Federal HIPAA regulations regarding the protection of your personal information and will not share any of it with anyone without your specific permission.
